How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands via PostNL. Orders can also be picked up free of charge in Ossendrecht by appointment.
Belgium:
Package up to 10kg: €9.60
The Netherlands:
Letterbox package: €4.30
Larger package: €6.60

What exactly is an 'open box'?
An open box is a way to save all your beautiful items and only pay for shipping once for multiple orders. ♡
How does it work?
- You place an order with the items you want.
- When you get to the shipping options, choose an open box instead of paying shipping.
- These items will then stay here.
- You can continue to place orders this way until you pay for your shipping costs on your last order. This indicates that you want all your orders to be shipped together.
- You can save your items until you reach €100 to take advantage of free shipping. This can be done for a period of 2 months.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship every package within 5 working days. So that it will come your way soon.
What if I don't receive my order?
You can track your package yourself via the Track & Trace code that will be sent to your email. If your package does not arrive, please let us know via: gemstonedreams@outlook.com
Can I return my item?
If you are not satisfied, you can return your product(s). This can be done within 14 days of receipt. The items must be returned in their original condition. These must therefore not be used, opened or damaged.
Items from a mystery box or personalized items cannot be returned.

Pack the items well and return them to me at your own expense. As soon as I receive the return, you will receive the amount of the returned items back into your account. If you decide to return your entire order, we will also refund the packaging and handling costs.
