How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands via PostNL. Orders can also be picked up free of charge in Ossendrecht by appointment.

Belgium:
Parcel up to 10kg: €9.90


The Netherlands:
Letterbox package: €4.30
Larger package: €6.90

Other countries: adjusted rate.

What exactly is an 'open box'?

An open box is a way to save all your beautiful items and pay only one shipping fee on multiple orders. ♡

How does it work?

  • You place an order with the items you want.
  • When you get to the shipping options, choose an open box instead of paying shipping.
  • These items will then remain here.
  • You can continue placing orders this way until you pay the shipping costs for your last order. This indicates that you want all your orders shipped together.
  • You can save up your items to pay just one shipping fee. This can be done over a two-month period.

!! Be sure to mention in the comments that you want the open boxes shipped with it. !!

After 14 days, the box can no longer be cancelled and your cancellation period has expired.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship every package within 5 business days, ensuring it arrives to you quickly.

Use of gift cards

Gift cards are only valid on items that are not discounted. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with discounted items or other promotional offers.

Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable, even for (partial) returns.

What if I don't receive my order?


You can track your package yourself using the Track & Trace code sent to your email. If your package doesn't arrive, please let us know at gemstonedreams@outlook.com.

Can I return my item?

If you're not satisfied, you can return your product(s). You can do so within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be used, opened, or damaged.

Items from a mystery box, discounted items, hand-assembled or personalized items cannot be returned.

Package the items securely and return them to me at your own expense. Once I receive your return, we'll refund the amount for the returned items. If you decide to return your entire order, we'll also refund the packaging and handling costs.
